About Bea

Beatrice Van also known as Bea, she is a licensed advanced esthetician and esthetics educator in Portland Oregon and the Owner and Founder of Beauty by Bea and Glow by Bea Skincare.

For her, creating a skincare line was about more than just delivering products—it was about establishing values.

Diversity, inclusivity, and self-love became the pillars of Glow by Bea. As a licensed advanced esthetician and esthetics educator, she wanted to bridge the gap between professional treatments and at-home care. Each product is not just a reflection of her journey but an invitation to everyone to embrace their unique beauty.

Drawing upon her two decades of experience in esthetics, during which she was honored with the prestigious titles of Esthetics Educator and Mentor of the Year, has been pivotal.

She persistently engage in esthetic practice to keep her expertise not only current but also deeply rooted in the ever-evolving industry. This commitment reflects her dedication to providing customers with skincare products that prioritize not only the experience but also deliver tangible results.

 It was a journey of figuring out not just what works but what feels and smells amazing – where she poured over 20 years of my knowledge and experience in every bottle so that everyone can get their glow from home. As someone deeply rooted in the world of aesthetics, currently serving on the Oregon Board of Cosmetology, a contributing author to a couple of nationally recognized skin magazines, and Coordinator of Fearless Beauties, Bea recognize the necessity for skincare products and skin treatments that address the diverse range of skin tones. Inclusivity is not just a buzzword for her; it's a core value that shapes the essence of Beauty by Bea and Glow by Bea.

On her days off, she’s off working at Beauty by Bea, LLC, helping her clients look and feel like the very best versions of themselves whether in-office or at home. Bea travels throughout North America as an Education Ambassador, enabling her passion is to empower both students and beauty professionals to boldly invest in their education and strengthen their skills while elevating standards in the industry.
